More on pirates

I saw it in the toy store and had to have it!  Hairy chest, fuzzy face, and tattoos!



So, what is the choking hazard here?  If I were the pirate I'd be insulted about the "small parts" bit.

I guess Pirates everywhere have complained to Lego about that remark.
